Dr. Cohen is the Director of Counseling at The AMC. She holds private and group counseling sessions for people who are facing difficult pet health issues or grieving a deceased pet.
Dr. Cohen is certified by the Academy of Certified Social Workers. She serves as a field instructor to several schools of social work, including Columbia University, Yeshiva University and the University of Pennsylvania. She is well published and is interviewed regularly by various media outlets about pet loss and related issues.
