Jeanne Lunin Joins The AMC As New Director of Development

 
The Animal Medical Center's new Director of Development is Jeanne Lunin, former Development Director for over three years with The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. Ms. Lunin was also Director, External Affairs, for the School of American Ballet, and previously held a variety of planning and development positions with Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. A graduate of Bryn Mawr College, she received her M.A. from Teachers College at Columbia University and was certified in the Management of Non-Profit Organizations by New York University's Graduate School of Public Administration. She joins The AMC at a time of the acquisition of new assets for 2007, including a new linear accelerator, the most advanced radiation technology for animals in New York City; a state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine; and the new Rehabilitation and Fitness Service, featuring in-water treadmills, a hydrotherapy tub, deep tissue ultrasound, and more.
 
"My life has always been enriched by my animal companions, from my first pair of parakeets to my dogs and cats and horses," said Ms. Lunin. "So I am thrilled to be at The Animal Medical Center, working for an institution that is at the forefront of pet healthcare."
