Continuing Education Lectures
The AMC events listed below are open to all area veterinary professionals and are FREE of charge. CE credits are only provided for Partners In Practice (PIP) events. All lectures are held in the 6th floor conference room at AMC, unless otherwise noted. AMC lecture topics are subject to change. Please note: With the exception of PIP events, AMC does not hold CE lectures from June through August.
November 16 – 20 | Connecting Human and Veterinary Medicine, A Comparative Approach to the Physical Rehabilitation of Chronic Diseases
Please join us for the 6th Annual One Health Conference hosted by the Animal Medical Center. This year, our speakers will be discussing human and veterinary approaches to the physical rehabilitation of chronic diseases.
Each session runs from 7pm – 8pm. The conference will be hosted online via Zoom.
Sessions this year include:
- Obesity management in orthopedic patients
- Regenerative medicine for musculoskeletal injury
- Dietary supplements for osteoarthritis
- Long-term management of osteoarthritis
- Prevention of overuse injuries
We are joined by veterinary specialists in Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation alongside human physicians from Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), and Kaiser San Rafael Medical Center.
Up to 5 free continuing education credits available to veterinarians and veterinary technicians
