Dr. Carly Fox obtained her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY in 2005. She then attended veterinary school at Ross University and Cornell University, graduating in 2009. Carly completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at the Animal Medical Center in 2010. Following her post doctorate training, she joined the AMC full time in the Emergency and Critical Care Department. She is proud to work in one of the busiest veterinary emergency rooms in the world for the past nine years. Carly has a special interest in trauma, emergency procedures, and toxicities. She enjoys training veterinary interns in the ER/ICU and was awarded AMC’s annual Clendenin J Ryan Memorial Teaching Award in 2016.

Carly is a native New Yorker and lives in Manhattan with her husband Jordan, son Miller, daughter Penn, and French Bulldog Hank. The Fox Family loves traveling, visiting museums and the NYC restaurant scene. Dr. Fox is lucky to live and work in the city she loves.
