Dr. Chelsea O’Toole hails from Los Angeles, California. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology, with an emphasis in Marine Biology from Occidental College. She then worked as an Aquarium Biologist and Veterinary Technician before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. O’Toole developed a passion for diagnostic imaging during veterinary school and decided to pursue a career as a radiologist after spending a one-month externship at the Animal Medical Center. After obtaining her veterinary degree, she completed a one-year rotating internship at the Animal Medical Center before accepting a residency position in Diagnostic Imaging.

As an avid ocean lover, Dr. O’Toole loves spending time at the beach and in the water. She is a certified Master SCUBA Diver and particularly enjoys diving with sharks. She, her husband, and their two dogs, are excited to call New York City their home for the next few years and are loving exploring all that the city has to offer.
