Celebrated artist Rory Mackay will present a stunning selection of commissioned Pet Oil Portrait Paintings along with an elegant line of Letterpress Pet Stationery™ on Tuesday, April 14th from 5-8pm at The Drawing Room. Fifteen percent of all proceeds from the entire day will benefit The Animal Medical Center.
Mackay grew up with Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Jack Russells and cats. “I found much comfort in the beautiful characters of my family pets – there’s a certain energy and love that you receive from domestic animals that you simply do not find in everyday life,” said Mackay, a supporter of The Animal Medical Center. “I am honored to be able to help The Animal Medical Center‘s mission,” he continued.
This one-of-a-kind boutique shopping event will be hosted by Emilia Fanjul Pfeifler and Candice Postel at their pop-up shop, The Drawing Room. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase Rory’s exquisite art,” said Ms. Fanjul Pfeifler. “And as a long-time friend and supporter of The Animal Medical Center, I’m so thankful to Rory for this gift.”
