Let us handle the paperwork for you! As a courtesy to our clients, our dedicated Pet Insurance Claims Specialist will:

  • Submit your insurance claim and supporting documents to your carrier on your behalf.
  • Obtain required pre-approvals for direct pay plans.
  • Manage your claim process and assist in appealing claims, if necessary.

Please allow for 3 business days for insurance claim submission. Should your plan require pre-approval, please contact Glory Bardin 7-10 business days prior to your pet’s scheduled procedure so she can obtain any required documentation and submit the pre-approval on your behalf.
