Dr. Chelsea Tyler

Dr. Chelsea Tyler grew up in Bernardston, MA. She played volleyball and obtained her undergraduate degree from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY in 2012. She worked for a pharmaceutical company for 3 years before deciding she wanted to go to veterinary school. She then worked as a veterinary assistant at a local emergency clinic before being accepted to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Tyler obtained her veterinary degree in 2021 after completing her clinical year at Colorado State University (CSU). She then completed a four month emergency internship at CSU before moving to New York City for a one year general internship at the Animal Medical Center. She then completed a specialty surgical internship at Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County in San Diego before returning to the Animal Medical Center in 2023 to pursue her surgical residency. Dr. Tyler loves all aspects of veterinary surgery, but is especially interested in surgical oncology and soft tissue surgery.

In her spare time, Dr. Tyler enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her friends, and exploring different dining options.
