Diagnostic Imaging

About Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology at AMC

The Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology Service at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center uses advanced imaging technologies such as radiography (x-ray), ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning of diseases in companion animals. The department is staffed by board-certified radiologists (Dr. Anthony Fischetti, Dr. Alexandre Le Roux, and Dr. Antonia DeJesus), postgraduate residents (a three-year program designed to prepare licensed veterinarians for board certification), and Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) with a breadth of experience in Diagnostic Imaging technologies and techniques.
