Dr. Frank Tsai grew up in Taiwan and moved to Bellingham, WA in high school. After studying 2 years at the University of Washington, Seattle, he decided to move around the country. He finished his undergraduate study at UC Davis, then obtained his veterinary degree at University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. After completing a rotating small
Dr. Aparna Arun grew up in India where she completed her undergraduate degree in chemistry, botany, and zoology. She obtained her graduate degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Melbourne, Australia, where she had the opportunity to treat koalas, kangaroos, and snakes, before returning to her hometown of Bangalore to volunteer at CUPA, a
Dr. Emalee Blumhagen grew up in Seattle, WA and was the youngest of four children. She played ice hockey at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA where she obtained her undergraduate degree in 2010. After graduating, she worked in human medicine in the field of diagnostic imaging while also training in wildlife rehabilitation.
Dr. Jennifer Grover is a native New Yorker, from Brooklyn, NY. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Brown University, after which she spent several years working as a veterinary technician in Brooklyn. She then went on to receive her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Cornell in 2018, after which she completed a one year internship
